The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an energetic Ecommerce Manager to lead our Review & Elka Collective online businesses, located in our Cremorne office. Working closely with the Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving the online brand strategy, website operations and day to day trade of the websites and marketplace channels whilst supporting the career of your direct reports. This role is perfect for an eCommerce specialist looking for their first step in a management role.

Working across some of our largest online stores in the group, you will be responsible for increasing store conversions and sales through optimal website performance and continuous improvement of website design, content, functionality, and user experience, aiming to provide a best-in-class online experience.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee a portfolio of ecommerce websites and marketplace channels to support the achievement of Brand Collective’s strategic and commercial objectives.
  • Support your direct reports, and other team members to ensure they have everything they need to be successful in their respective roles.
  • Ensure all web assets, content, and promotions are implemented on time as required.
  • Coordinate the upload and categorisation of products across the website in line with monthly product drops.
  • Coordinate with the Studio & Creative teams to produce web photography and other digital creative assets.
  • Work closely with the group Digital and Supply Chain teams to ensure order fulfilment SLAs and the quality of the delivery process are maintained across all channels.
  • Present weekly trade results to business and brand stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and the overall quality of the online customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Group Digital team to identify, drive, and coordinate the implementation of design and UX improvements across all digital touchpoints.
  • Use data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities.
  • Deliver and execute the brand's digital marketing strategies across all paid channels.
  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys in Klaviyo.
  • Review and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for spend optimization and improved ROAS.
  • Work closely with brand marketing teams to optimize the use of creative assets by channel.
  • Drive loyalty program performance where applicable.
  • Facilitate key decision making, project prioritisation and initiation of key digital projects.

The skills and experience you offer us:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience operating multiple ecommerce businesses preferably in a multi brand retail group with a focus on fashion.
  • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, SEM Rush and AP21 highly desirable.
  • Ability to trade ecommerce websites and marketplace channels.
  • Ability to lead and inspire team members, providing direction and professional development opportunities.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of ecommerce, marketing, and retail in general.
  • Strong understanding of web design and UX standards.
  • Customer centric, understands and can define customer journeys.
  • Deep understanding of how CMS’s, OMS’s, ESP’s, and other retail technology platforms operate.
  • Strong people skills, with experience managing high performing teams.
  • Ability to connect diverse individuals with different goals, facilitate productive discussion and action.
  • Good technical understanding, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
