The Role
Reporting into the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager role is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity. We are delivering a major enterprise wide program of work and change which will deliver significant and positive changes for our partners, advisers and customers.
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for ownership and management of design and delivery of the desired project scope, outcomes & business benefits within time, cost & quality requirements.
You will also be responsible for establishing and managing project planning, monitoring, reporting, governance, financials, cadence, risks/issues management and benefits realisation monitoring and reporting.
About you
You are a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in delivering risk-related projects within the financial services sector.
You possess the willingness to play a hands-on role and the maturity and ability to influence outcomes for the Program. You have a proven track record of working at a strategic and tactical level, with the ability to successfully deliver the project deliverables for the Program.
You thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with the know-how of maintaining a healthy project/program plan within a program with high level of interdependencies across various streams of work.
Lastly, your sense of pro-activeness and initiative enables you to work autonomously and enables you to identify and work with the appropriate group of stakeholders to meet the program timelines and deliverables.
