Product Owner/BA

The Product Management team at AMCS drives the product strategy for AMCS Group the leading provider of a comprehensive ERP suite with fully integrated on-board vehicle technology for the solid waste and recycling industries.

You will need to have a good understanding of the technology stack, the solid waste and recycling industry processes. The primary responsibilities will be to design solutions for business requirements.In this role, you will:

·Be responsible for the product definition of core changes in the lines of business outlined above.

·Collaborate with internal development, delivery, infrastructure, and product teams to understand their requirements and priorities

·Write detailed feature specifications based on requirements

·Understand and align with the technical architecture within the AMCS product stack.

·Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, internal engineering and delivery teams through the design, development, testing, product release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery

·Define a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture and business needs

About You

·As a product owner in this space it is important to have a reasonable understanding of operations (e.g. business processes, product development life cycle, agile development processes, system monitoring, deployment)

·Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and prioritize enhancement requests

·Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

·Experience with scrum and other agile development methods

·Experience in AMCS technology stack if possible

·3+ years of product management, consulting, or engineering experience

·Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
