About the businessOur blue-chip client is a business consulting company passionate about working in partnership with our clients to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Their team comprises professionals with extensive experience working in senior operational roles within industry as well as years of experience working for the Big 4 Management Consulting firms.
About the role
As a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work as part of a team delivering a range of exciting projects for our clients as well as supporting in business development and business management activities.
Project delivery
The role will include:
- Planning projects including the detailed activities and timeframes required to deliver upon our commitments to clients;
- Undertaking work activities on particular projects which could include process improvement, project management, organisation design, change management, and stakeholder management activities depending upon the individual project;
- Building and sustaining relationships with clients to ensure that we are fully aware of any changing needs.
The role will include:
- Undertaking analysis of markets and clients to ensure that Management Consulting is best positioned to support clients;
- Developing client proposals with the broader team, setting out our understanding of client needs; providing insights regarding the client situation, and detailing our proposed approach;
- Building and sustaining a network of relationships.

Skills and experience
The breadth of clients and jobs is significant so we are looking for an outstanding individual with the following skills and attributes:

- has a passion for delivering excellence and customer centricity;
- has a growth mindset;
- is numerate and analytical;
- is intellectually curious.
The level of experience of the candidate will determine the appropriate Grade of role i.e. Senior Consultant or Manager.
- Senior Consultant - Minimum 2 years in a management consulting environment or 3-5 years in a project environment within industry
- Manager - Minimum 5 years years in a management consulting environment or 8-10 years in a project environment within industry
