Job Description Summary

Join our Melbourne team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you'll oversee property operations, maintenance, and contractor management. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and uphold high standards across our client’s diverse portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operation of all properties to the very highest of professional standards.

  • Coordinate reactive and preventive maintenance, oversee contractor performance, and ensure compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations.

  • Assist in the management of property risk, compliance, and contractor management.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders including CAM (Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne) and external tenants to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

  • Support budget management and identify growth and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role in commercial, retail, community, health and industrial properties

  • Knowledge of building or engineering disciplines preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in relevant fields.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Working with Children Check required for site access.
