We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager who will assist the Head of Group Compliance in managing all aspects of the company’s compliance program and delivery. This includes policies, frameworks, incidents, breaches, obligations, and regulatory requirements, such as ASIC reporting. You will deliver robust and pragmatic compliance solutions to ensure the business operates effectively, providing essential compliance and regulatory guidance to meet business requirements proactively and efficiently.

You will work closely with a highly experienced Compliance Leader and Chief Risk Officer, enjoying autonomy, responsibility, and a broad scope in your role. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, personable, and engaging approach, along with strong stakeholder management skills. We are inviting expressions of interest from candidates with over 5 years of experience in compliance within the financial services, banking, or insurance sectors. Previous experience of ASIC reporting will be essential for success. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Hands-on approach with strong technical compliance knowledge gained from Insurance or Banking
  • Ability to apply compliance in a commercial and practical manner
  • Proven experience in evolving and enhancing compliance processes, systems, and solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
