Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
We have an exciting opportunity in our Account Service team for someone who wants to be part of a thriving team. With an influx of various briefs from a range of clients, you will learn something new every day.
Working closely with an Account Director, you will work across a variety of FMCG brands (from beverages through to beauty and food) to deliver marketing tactics for premiums and promotional products & collaborating on strategic creative campaigns. You will be required to take briefs from clients or your Account Director and facilitate the stages in-between to deliver projects and campaigns on time without prompting.
As the role involves working closely with clients and internal departments, you are an outgoing, professional who is able to build rapport and strong relationships with the stakeholders both within and outside the business.
Naturally you are a great communicator (written and verbal) and are comfortable presenting to new and current clients. Most importantly, you have excellent attention to detail.

From developing product to pulling together incredible creative pitches & brand activations, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks which will expand your knowledge in experience. There is room for growth within the team.
Our head office is in the heart of Cremorne, walking distance from both Swan and Chapel street, with public transport and iconic Melbourne food/entertainment at our doorstep.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar
- 2-4 years agency (or similar) experience
- Understanding and/or have a history in promotional product and the promotional industry would be an advantage
- Strong ability to present to clients and other team members
- Ability to multitask and work on numerous projects at any time, juggling and prioritising is key here
- Confident in working independently as well as in a team
- Creative mindset and an excellent eye for detail
- An open mindset to take direction and learn from the experts
- Experience in managing project timelines and budgets
