Haynes are currently seeking an Equipment Officer for our valued client Hastings Deering in their Brisbane Warehouse.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive new equipment, used and rentals
  • Review shipping reports for all new equipment arrivals
  • All goods to be thoroughly inspected on receipt and shortages, damages, or discrepancies to be reported immediately to Equipment Coordinator with complete details
  • Responsibility to ensure all designated storage areas are clean, safe and in an orderly state, and ensure all new received equipment is moved to its proper storage area within 24 hours of receipt
  • Participate in all stock takes as required, perform weekly stock takes as directed by Team Leader, and report any discrepancies immediately to the Team Leader

On Offer:

  • Employment on casual ongoing basis
  • Monday to Friday roster
  • Minimum of 38hours per week

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an equipment officer position
  • Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Competent in computer use
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
