ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced, driven and hands on marketing professional who thrives working in a fast paced and evolving business in the resources sector?

You could be our person

As a proud WA owned and operated business, we are looking for a marketing and brand aficionado to join our growing team based in West Perth.
You will become the custodian of our marketing, brand, and communications deliverables, from strategic development to stakeholder engagement, execution and delivery, reviews, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish, manage, and implement brand, marketing, and communications strategies for both internal and external channels.
  • Own all aspects of marketing including execution of BTL and ATL marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking etc.
  • Development and creation of marketing collateral including, internal documentation, promotional materials for campaigns and recruitment marketing, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and capability statements.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, senior management, media suppliers, graphic designers, and digital agencies.
  • Prepare and present business cases as required to gain approvals for marketing initiatives.
  • Formulating and managing marketing budget and reporting.
ABOUT YOU. 

Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate tertiary Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline plus:

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing strategic marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Effective management of third-party organisations to coordinate and deliver collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives through content, events, partnerships.
  • Assertive and confident senior Marketer with strong experience and capability in managing and influencing senior stakeholders through collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write internal and external focused copy and content.
  • A high level of organisational competency, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A depth of experience in market analysis including preparation of market profiles, category performance, trends and opportunities, competitor and customer profiles and market segmentation.
