Connect APAC are exclusively partnering with a creative business based in the North West Sydney who create solutions that engage shoppers and drive conversion. Their success has come from providing high quality retail displays and whilst being a small operation, they have fantastic relationships with clients and suppliers having built a reputation of being extremely fair and doing what they say and will across the industry.

They are in a period of high growth and require support to take the business to the next growth level and produce high quality displays that are well thought out, no short cuts and done the right way. They are a dynamic team with 2 owners who are heavily involved in the business and have had fantastic pull in the industry since inception in 2014, winning multiple POPAI awards, being a member on the SHOP Board and a main sponsor for the event.

We are looking for someone who has come from or experienced in retail / activations or branded environments who can understand materials and manufacturing and projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

· Working on retail / design projects with deadlines and outcomes

· Suppliers and sourcing for projects

· Onsite and installations

· Assisting with quotes

· Attend job brief / scheduling meetings and take personal responsibility to ensure you are fully briefed

· Manage given projects from start to finish, ensuring all stakeholders are considered and notified of timings / cost implications

· Perform QC checks for prototype / production jobs where required and clearly communicate with suppliers / operations manager of any issues

Experience required

· Previous experience working in the retail/ activations and/or branded environments

· Experience delivering projects from start to finish within the retail display sector is critical as well as having experience managing trades as some projects will require installation and shop fitting

· A bright personality and a likeability factor to truly build relationships
