OurLitigation and Dispute Resolution practice is seeking a juniorlawyer (3 – 4 years PQE) to join our Insurance Coverage teamwith a specific focus on general liability and institutional abuseclaims. The team has a depth of experience and a will providea strong foundation for any lawyer who has a desire to build aspecialisation in this area and work within a talented team ofdedicated specialists.

The team is ahighly collaborative and supportive team, and the successfulapplicant will work closely with Partners' Hannah Jankiewicz, EmmaDawes and Peter McGrath.

Aboutthe role

This rolepresents a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading teamof lawyers where you will provide exceptional legal advice toclients, conduct defence as required, assist the senior lawyers andappear in court. 

Subject toyour experience, you will have autonomy to take ownership of theday to day running of files with supervision and mentoring fromsenior members of the team. You will also be encouraged to beinvolved in firm activities and committees.

To besuccessful in this role you will have experience which focuses onlitigation, ideally working in private practice on matters relatingto personal injury, general liability / institutional abuse orWorkCover.

You arehardworking, dedicated and possess a high level of integrity whendealing with clients and colleagues. A high level of client serviceis expected as are excellent organisation, written and oralcommunication skills.
