Job Description

About the role:

  • Working Monday to Friday, Fulltime
  • Great Company culture and work environments

  • Data entry, administrative tasks, access card, customer focus

Snapshot of your day:

  • Conduct regular audits and provide assistance to staff to ensure all sites are fully compliant with up to date with policies & procedures
  • Providing access to team members across NSW sites
  • Sorting and forwarding incoming cards/access requests to 21 sites
  • Preparing comprehensive reports about completed work
  • Distribute consumables to NSW offices with Concierge on site
  • Have an expert level knowledge of all access cards, level and agency requirements or the ability to gather necessary information
  • Provide consistently high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Work cooperatively within a team, helping to achieve team objectives by contributing to a team environment of knowledge and information sharing, continuous improvement, and skill and capability development.
  • Work on team projects when required for new roll outs within cards team
Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • Strong administration, data entry and customer service experience in previous roles
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for people and customer service
  • Works well under pressure and ability to multi–task
  • Proactive nature, able to foresee potential issues and resolve in a timely manner with limited affect to the business.
  • Team player
