The Accounts Payable Officer provides a range of financial processing services for Cuscal related entities to key stakeholders in line with Cuscal policies including, performing the day-to-day activities associated with the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and external contractor, client or regulatory or contractual payments. Review and verify invoices submitted for processing including perform valid tax invoice review and 3-way match Process payments, credit notes and refunds in compliance with financial policies, controls and procedures Verify vendor details and administer creation/modification of vendor accounts, monitoring accounts to ensure timely payments Correspond with suppliers and internal staff on invoice or account queries Ensure appropriate approvals and delegation of authority assigned and obtained Reconcile vendor accounts Corporate Card administration Provide guidance to employees on invoice and PO processing, travel, cab charge and expense claim reimbursements About You To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience of processing financial and accounts payable transactions Ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate data Experience performing reconciliations and calculations. Experience with Financial accounting software systems such as SAP highly regarded. High attention to detail and accuracy What’s it like to work here?
