ONCALL is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Victoria.

Reporting to our Finance Manager, this is a busy role that requires you to work closely with all members of our dynamic accounts team to assist our financial reporting.

The Accountant will work with the Finance Team to:

  • Support the Finance Manager and wider finance team
  • Reconcile daily general and subsidiary bank accounts
  • Perform and maintain account reconciliations and journals as directed
  • Maintain residential fees for clients
  • Assist with annual budget and forecasts
  • Assist in preparation of month end and annual reports
  • Assist with monthly lodgements including BAS and Payroll tax
  • Assist with the maintenance of all aspects of invoicing, creditors, Property Plant and Equipment and filing
  • Preform general finance administration and ad hoc projects

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Sound knowledge of Xero
  • NDIS Experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills - ability to prioritise work and work to strict time constraints
  • Bachelor of Business or Commerce with an Accounting major, studying towards CA/CPA or obtained.
