An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Product Strategic Initiatives Lead to join a thriving Product & Propositions team on a F/T, permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to launch and drive the development of both the corporate channel strategy and develop and deliver the corporate health & wellbeing product portfolio.

Having been operating within Australia for many years, this leading private health insurer holds strong credibility within the marketplace and has a loyal customer based across Australia. A brand that puts its customer at the heart of their proposition. An adaptable, agile business, with the opportunity to now launch their corporate PHI product portfolio.
The Role:
Develop and implement the corporate product strategic initiatives including the corporate channel strategy, health & wellbeing proposition and emerging product marketing strategies, by building both a business case and delivering across the channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the corporate PHI channel strategy
- Conduct reviews of the corporate channel competitive landscape
- Develop strategic partnerships to build a differentiated corporate proposition
- Conduct market research for new corporate products or services
- Manage & influence partner relationships to ensure effective and aligned delivery of PHI and non-PHI propositions.
- Build & develop the Healthcare & Wellbeing program
- Lead the commercial engagement with key partnerships to
drive greater member outcomes and deliver a sustainable
differentiated health and wellbeing proposition.
Key Requirements:
- Previous expertise in developing and driving growth via the corporate PHI product channel will be highly desirable.
- 5+ years experience working within product, research, business development within the PHI sector.
- Seeking a strategic thinker with the capability to balance creatively and commerciality and work effectively to deliver.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage well with stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to research and analyse data
- Exceptional communication skills
- Commercially astute
