Project Manager - Manufacturing/Construction

Role Overview: As an experienced Project Manager, you will oversee projects from design to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Your role includes managing budgets, coordinating installations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from handover to completion, coordinating deliveries and installations.
  • Develop project budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead and liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure project alignment and budget adherence.
  • Maintain client relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct site compliance checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Support sales with contract reviews, risk assessments, and project feedback.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field with 10+ years in project management (manufacturing/construction).
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, Teamwork Projects, Procore, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in modular site assemblies and construction management.
  • Ability to lead small teams and manage P&L effectively.
