The Gig
This role will play a crucial part in reporting and analyses of the performance and control level of IT services. You will lead the implementation of Resilience and Disaster Recover (DR) strategies.
- Manage the IT resilience framework and capability across applications and systems - organisation wide.
- Act as the primary process owner for IT Resilience/Recovery.
- Guide and support the product owners with on-boarding their systems into the capability.
- Support the IT Management team during IT strategy definition process for IT Service Management.
- Act as the SME for IT Resilience towards users in APAC.
- Audit / analyse information about business satisfaction and performance of IT.
About You
You have proven experience implementing IT Resilience / DR strategies, and are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment. You can work independantly but also value team collaboration.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience implementing IT Resilience / DR strategies
- Knowledge of financial or clearing businesses and partners, securities instruments, business processes.
- Experience using and working with SNOW
- Working knowledge of ITILV4
- Excellent communications
