About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Delivery Consultant to join our tech recruitment team. As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier tech candidates with our clients. You will be the key point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.
  • Source and attract qualified tech professionals using various channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs and organisational culture.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on recruitment progress.
  • Create and manage job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Comply with contractor care and redeployment, identify and suggest innovative and efficient ways Davidson can deliver improved service in these areas.
  • Implement candidate sourcing and talent pooling plans to maximise quality candidate attraction.
Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
