In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a larger supportive and inclusive team. This would ideally suit a project manager or an experienced project engineer looking to further develop their skills in project development while thriving in an environment of constantly competing priorities and managing these priorities to enable completion of small to medium projects while delivering day to day tasks in the required timeframes.
Be managing a number of road projects on delivery phase, including the development of the strategic, concept and detailed design of projects.
Provide support and guidance for the delivery of brownfield road projects ensuring compatibility with delivery road projects, integration with other transport modes and the provision of high-quality, safe and accessible transport networks and services for the customer.
This is a 2-year Fixed Term Opportunity – Full time based in the TfNSW Parramatta Office and various other sites.

• Strong infrastructure project prioritisation and planning expertise with a record of success in developing and delivering road or transport infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience with a proven record of project development and delivery of major road infrastructure projects in a complex and constrained urban environment.
• Extensive experience working on brownfield infrastructure projects, extensive experience working on the delivery phase of road projects
• Experience relevant to managing the development of business cases, environmental planning, and community and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute to a cohesive and effective multidisciplinary team maximising performance as an individual and at a team level through a transformational period
Essential Requirements
• A civil engineering degree from an Australian university or an equivalent overseas qualification acceptable for professional recognition within Australia.
