Change Manager - 12-Month Day Rate Contract for Financial Crime Program.

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for regulatory compliance and transformation? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Change Manager on a 12-month day rate contract, focusing on a high-impact KYC program.

Position: Change Manager

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Sydney

Day Rate: $900-$1000 + super

Preference for candidates who are immediately available or 1 week notice

About The Role

As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of our regulatory program. Your expertise will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and well-prepared to adapt to new regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to lead change in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our organization's compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for the regulatory program.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans to ensure clarity and buy-in from all levels of the organization.
  • Working on a new KYC system, target operating model and other initiatives
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Requirements

  • Prior Change Manager experience within a Financial Crime program or similar
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within regulatory or compliance programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
