Create impact as a Program Change Manager

Your Role
Join a collaborative and supportive portfolio of change practitioners that deliver change across an exciting strategic, complex, and financially material projects and programs, including for risk and regulatory changes, transformations, and product and pricing changes.
As Program Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of end-to-end change management, and leading change, training, and communication practitioners across a series of related projects and/or programs drawn from a larger change portfolio.
You will help drive an integrated understanding of the impacts, assure quality of the change deliverables by the change practitioners delivering the change, as well as rolling up your sleeves to own and deliver on project changes, too. This role also offer the opportunity make a difference by contributing to change management capability uplift and awareness.
At times, the Program Change Manager may be required step in as 2IC to the Manager Change Portfolio, and for the right person this may offer a pathway for development and career progression.
The role is full time, permanent, and open to people based in Sydney.
We offer flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in the office 2-3 days a week.
About You
- Experience in driving change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.
- Extensive change management experience, specifically within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience leading change practitioners across a series of projects or programs, overseeing deliverables, coaching to outcomes, and ensuring best change practice.
- Demonstrated capability to drive, enable, and oversee end-to-end complex change.
- Demonstrated capability across stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Proven experience in the planning, development and delivery of effective change communications and learning.
