As the transport refrigeration division of Carrier, Carrier Transicold helps improve the transport and shipping of temperature-controlled cargoes with a complete line of equipment and services for refrigerated transport and cold chain visibility. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our spare parts team in Derrimut, Melbourne. Reporting to the National Parts Manager and supported by a professional team, you will offer excellent customer service to a range of clients in the transport refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers in accordance with company standards and customer expectations and needs
  • Provide accurate parts interpreting to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain the parts reception, both phone and counter sales, to ensure all customers receive first class parts interpretation and service
  • Produce parts quotations upon request by customers and provide excellent follow up service

  • Dedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standards
  • Previous automotive or refrigeration parts interpreting experience is desirable
