RoleSummary:

The SeniorExternal Affairs Specialist role is an opportunity in our Media andExternal Affairs Team based at our Perth Head Officesite.

This role isresponsible for coordinating and advising on externalcommunications strategies and materials to drive engagement andpositive corporate reputation.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include:

  • Proactively lead thedelivery of external corporate reporting and publications,working with the Media & External Affairs team to deliverexternal publications.
  • Providecommunications support to executive leadership team, includingCEO and Board.
  • Developand execute communication plans to support the delivery ofstrategic projects across the business.
  • Developwell researched key messages and detailed FAQs for multiple andvaried audiences.
  • Proactively seek andplan external opportunities to support the delivery of theorganisations overarching strategy.

Whatyou’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experiencein a corporate communication, external affairs for a largeorganisation.
  • Experience working in ahigh-pressure environment to deadline.
  • Practical understandingof Government processes, expectations, and competingdemands.
  • Experience leading theproduction of external publications.
  • for alarge organisation.
  • Minimumeight years’ experience working in communications, orrelated discipline.
