The Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) is a leading membership association, representing and working with real estate agents across NSW.

Employing 41 people, we provide a range of services and products designed to help agents do their jobs better.

This includes nationally-accredited training of real estate agents, practical advice and information on the application of legislation and regulations, and the sale of a range of services to support the real estate industry.

REINSW has invested heavily in technology to help our people be at their most effective with the recent introduction of AI tools. All team members have a laptop to facilitate flexible working, and use systems such as Zendesk, iMIS (a leading association CRM), Microsoft Office365 and Zoom Phone.

We are based near Hyde Park in Surry Hills in a newly-renovated heritage-listed office. Our team love the open-plan environment, variety of working areas, and the sit-to-stand desks

The Role

As part of the seven-person marketing team you will assist with the day-to-day marketing requirements to improve engagement with REINSW's products and services.

Your duties will include but not be limited to -

  • Assisting with marketing campaigns.
  • Contributing to the development of email campaigns while targeting different audiences to drive engagement.
  • Assist with the creation, editing and publication of content and presentations including design work of images and layouts.
  • Assist with content to our website.
  • Providing input into the social and digital marketing strategy.
  • Assist with managing the REINSW app, including but not limited to, creating push notifications, managing event specific communications, and maintaining the user groups.
  • Provide administrational support to the Marketing Manager.
About you
  • MUST be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum two (2) years of marketing experience.
  • Certificate IV in Marketing or similar.
  • Design experience (beginner to intermediate).
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Sound skills in MS Office suite.
  • Experience in using a Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (iMIS RiSE would be ideal).
  • Experience with electronic direct mailing programs (Twillio or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Willingness to acquire product knowledge within the real estate industry.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well a team player with a small team.
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to grow in the field.
