Qantas Loyalty is a high performing business and has a history of launching exciting new brands and services that make a difference to its millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members. Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Business Rewards remain at the core of the program, while the business has evolved to include a number of new ventures and other businesses such as Qantas Money, Qantas Insurance, Qantas Hotels & Holidays and Qantas Wine.
The Digital Product Manager role will be working in the Qantas App team, helping craft the product vision and subsequent roadmaps to ensure our members get the most out of the entire Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Reporting into the Principal Product Manager, this role is a key member of driving Qantas Loyalty products forward and delivering a large revenue stream for the group.
This role will focus on the end-to-end Qantas App customer experience, while working collaboratively with many teams across the Qantas Group. This role will be responsible for leading customer research and discovery of new initiatives alongside the UX & design team. The successful applicant will also need strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deeper into multiple information sources to identify pain-points and make data driven recommendations for change – in addition to delivering key initiatives on time.
You’ll have:
Experience as a Digital Product Manager
Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
Experience launching multiple digital products
Demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
Experience leading customer research and product discover
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries as well as lean agile organisations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
Proven and strong analytical problem-solving skills
The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
