Job Role: Project Officer
Location – Melbourne, Australia
Australian Citizens are required for this role
Key Criteria:
- Proven project management support experience and capability including the ability to achieve objectives within tight timeframes in a radio deployment environment.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast paced project environment effectively and flexibly with experience working within frontline policing.
- Ability to monitor stakeholder satisfaction and manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes for the stakeholder and project team.
- Previous demonstrated experience within radio technology refresh programs preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate project information to the Project and Product Manager in relation to status, issues, risks, and other forms of reporting as required for the various radio and technology projects.
- Be responsible for the implementation and delivery of project outcomes such as the radio refresh program.
- Provide advice and technical expertise in areas of radio and Wi-Fi project activities.
- Manage smaller scale radio deployment projects and undertake complex coordination work to deliver.
- Developing and enhancing radio support systems/processes/management plans to uphold project and internal governance requirements.
- Creating and updating workflows, analyse risks and prepare documentation for radio and related technology projects.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of operational technology product and related project activities.
- Support the Project and Product Manager to automate and streamline business processes.
You Must Have
Due to client requirements, you MUST be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance of Negative Vetting 1.
