This role provides a career development opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in revenue accounting and financial reporting in a supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to manage the income generation function and oversee Accounts Receivable processes, assist the Finance team to ensure the provision of timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders, and collaborate with other teams within the group to provide support to achieve the business’s strategic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly income reporting, including income recognition and reconciliation.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, application of payments, and customer and cash account reconciliation.
  • Support analysis of financial reports related to income streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support billing for new product distribution.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • CPA/CA qualified or near completion
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests for information
  • Ability to improve process efficiency
  • Experience in high volume-based full AR function
  • Experience with a major finance/ERP system and/or NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior work ethic along with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team
  • Love to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
