Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to promote the range of coronary intervention, structural heart products, and peripheral and radiology interventions in Western Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily promotional visits to cath labs and doctors' rooms to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Acquire and continually update knowledge of our products, competitors' offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Establish and act on selling opportunities by understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide on-site support during peripheral and/or coronary intervention procedures, offering technical and clinical expertise to ensure optimal product usage.
- Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and explain the benefits and features to healthcare providers.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Cardiology-trained pharmaceutical representative or cardiac/cath lab/peripheral intervention nurse looking to transition into a commercial medical device role.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' work experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the cardiology, coronary intervention or peripheral vascular space.
- Network: Existing network within the peripheral vascular space is highly regarded.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical support skills in coronary and peripheral intervention procedures.
- Proven track record in medical device sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage territory activities effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a proactive attitude towards achieving business goals.
- Other: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
