Liebherr-Australia is searching for a passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our National Team As a key player, you'll diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to Liebherr mining trucks, ensuring smooth operations for our customers.

Reporting to the General Manager Technical Support - Mining, you will be supported to build your knowledge and become a valued advisor in the delivery of support for Mining products.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge to provide expert support, troubleshoot faults, and deliver solutions for reliability and performance issues.
• Data & Analysis: Practice effective documentation, monitoring, and analysis, particular focus on equipment modifications, reliability, and availability.
• Customer Relations: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with relevant training and insights on technical matters.
• Knowledge Sharer: Mentor and coach on-site technicians, fostering a team environment of continuous learning.
• Proven customer-facing experience in a field environment.
• A tertiary qualification in electrical, mechanical, computing, communication systems, or relevant trade experience with exceptional skills.
• A keen mind for critical thinking, data interpretation, and root cause analysis.
• A passion for keeping up with new and emerging technologies.
• The ability to take decisive action and deliver solutions swiftly.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and clear client interaction.
• A valid driver's license and relevant industry experience are a plus.
