Contractor Position
Windsor Clinical Psychology is a boutique private practice based at Windsor in the Hawkesbury. We are known for our relaxed, welcoming and calm environment, and our modern practice provides the ideal setting to deliver personalised care to clients across the lifespan. To meet the growth in demand for our services, we are looking for another Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Psychology Registrar to join our team as independent contractors with part time or full-time options. Ideally starting with 3 days per week . This role is suited for Psychologists who enjoy seeing clients one-on-one and those early in their careers who wish to be part of a strong private practice.
We are trusted by a strong network of referrers, and offer services to adults, adolescents and children dealing with a range of mental health difficulties. Our clients tend to be high functioning, motivated and actively engaged in therapy.

Remuneration- Subcontractor basis paid weekly on a percentage of income
- Generous renumeration which will be discussed at the time of the interview
- Receptionist to assist in your day-to-day duties such as booking and rescheduling of appointments.
- Billing taken care of by practice accounts manager, enabling you to focus on your clients and workload.
- Easy-to-use and efficient clinical system.
- We manage all your marketing and will fill your caseload quickly.

- Your own private, furnished, modern consulting room with air-conditioning.
Referrals
- Strong referral base of clients from medical practitioners and other referral streams.
- Consistent case load which translates to income stability. Waitlists are managed by admin staff.
Your role:
- Providing 1:1 clinical work of a high standard to clients addressing a range of presentations.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques and therapies.
- Build and manage relationships and correspondence with referring doctors and other allied health practitioners.
- Maintain case notes, file management and upholding all required legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
- Valid Police Check and Working With Children’s Check
- An ABN
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week with the opportunity to increase based on personal work/life balance.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Medicare provider number or ability to apply for one
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Able to work independently with confidence, while still being engaged with our team
- Demonstrated experience working in clinical settings (minimum 2 years relevant experience)
- Passion for improving the quality of life of clients
- A strong understanding of and commitment to upholding professional ethics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to problem solve and time manage
- Organised with a flexible and approachable manner
- Computer skills: ability to use online calendars, emails, and tele-health platforms such as Zoom
