A leading organisation are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead & AI analytics team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your statistical expertise, business acumen, and AI knowledge to drive innovation and transform the way we deliver advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor: Build and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
  • Strategy and execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for leveraging AI and analytics to enhance advice outcomes.
  • Data-driven insights: Utilize advanced statistical methods and AI models to uncover actionable insights and optimize advice delivery.
  • AI champion: Evangelize the power of AI within the organization and across stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Commercial focus: Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value to the organization and clients.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and drive adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Strong statistical background: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership: Significant experience leading data science or analytics teams, with a track record of delivering impactful results.
  • AI expertise: Deep understanding of AI techniques, algorithms, and applications, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.
  • Business acumen: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation: Eagerness to explore new technologies and drive the adoption of AI to achieve business objectives.
