ICT Project Manager

We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Senior ICT Project Manager to join ourorganization. As the Senior ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing complex ICT projects from initiation to completion,specifically within the AI domain. You will play a critical role in ensuringproject success by effectively leading cross-functional teams, implementingefficient project management methodologies, and delivering high-quality resultswithin budget and timeline constraints. Responsibilities:

• ProjectLeadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring effectivecollaboration, resource allocation, and overall project coordination withinAI Talent.
• ProjectPlanning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition,timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies,tailored to AI-driven solutions.
• StakeholderManagement: Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, includingclients, executives, team members, and external vendors, to ensure clearexpectations, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the AIproject lifecycle.
• RiskManagement: Identify potential project risks specific to AI projects anddevelop proactive mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks andimplement contingency plans as needed.
• ProjectExecution: Oversee the execution of AI projects, monitor progress, andensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Proactively address anyAI-specific issues or roadblocks that may hinder project success.
• QualityAssurance: Ensure AI project deliverables meet high-quality standards andalign with stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular reviews and implementcorrective actions as necessary, leveraging AI Talent's expertise.
• Communication:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among AI project teammembers, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular AI projectstatus updates, progress reports, and presentations.
• ChangeManagement: Effectively manage changes in AI project scope, objectives,and priorities. Assess and communicate the impact of changes on projecttimelines, resources, and budgets within AI Talent.
• LessonsLearned: Conduct comprehensive AI project evaluations upon completion toidentify areas of improvement, best practices, and lessons learnedspecific to AI technologies. Share knowledge and implement processenhancements to optimize future AI project outcomes.
• Team Development:Mentor and coach AI project team members, fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and professional growth within AI Talent. Provideguidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to support individual andteam development in the AI domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Must haveat least 2 years of proven experience as a Senior ICT Project Manager,successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects within scope,budget, and timeline constraints, specifically in the AI domain.
• Strongknowledge and application of project management methodologies, tools, andbest practices in AI projects.
• Exceptionalleadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivatecross-functional teams within AI Talent.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyinteract with stakeholders at all levels within AI Talent.
• Solidunderstanding of risk management, change management, and quality assuranceprinciples within the AI field.
• Analyticaland problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address AIproject-related challenges.
• Demonstratedability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple AIprojects simultaneously.
• Proficiencyin project management software and collaboration tools.
