Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of ICT Project Manager include but not limited to:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure project success.
- Communication: Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues. Prepare and deliver presentations as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and project closure documents.
- Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet those requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures
- Undergraduate Qualification (Business Systems and/or IT disciplines preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of people and contexts.
- A strong system mindset, capable of working closely with databases.
- Customer service ethic and focus; client-driven
- Dedicated team player, with an ability to work autonomously.
