A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Identity Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience to join an organisation in the insurance sector going through a Cloud Enablement Program.

This is an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.

Their Cloud Enablement Program is a key component of their broader Digital Transformation initiative, designed to move their IT infrastructure to the cloud.

This transition aims to make their organisation more secure, resilient, and innovative.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally in banking, financial services, insurance, or similar sectors
  • Expertise in IT Controls (ITGC, CCM, CIS)
  • IAM / GRC experience
  • Experience in major IT Cloud Enablement programs or Data Centre migrations
  • Proven ability to work with IT Risk, Cloud Implementation, Cybersecurity, Data, and Service Management teams

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills/experience:

  • Ability to review control gap remediation recommendations and develop high quality acceptance criteria
  • An excellent technical understanding of AWS cloud, Cybersecurity, Data and Identity Management
  • A thorough understanding of operational processes including Identity Management, Monitoring & Logging, Service Management, Business Continuity Planning, and testing
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, being able to build working relationships within a diverse team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
