The Role & Company
Working as a CA on an initial you will be responsible for the commercial management of a Community Based Facility project, monthly cost reporting to Snr level and identifying commercial risk and opportunity within contracts, Design, ITPs.
You will have outstanding people management skills and have a genuine interest in mentoring. You will remain a ‘hands-on’ CA looking after initial project procurement and managing day to day commercial aspects across trade letting, variations and progress claims. Experience working on Design & Construct projects is desirable.
The Builder are a privately Builder with over 50 years Industry knowledge. They have a stable Senior Management team and an excellent staff retention rate. The have industry leading systems in place, a strong order book of forward work and an ethical approach to business and employment.
Qualifications & Experience
- You will have a minimum of 3-5 years post degree qualification experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Site Engineer
- You MUST have experience managing the Head Contract
- You will ideally have worked on projects over $10M New Build
- You will have had exposure to industry leading software such as Cheops or Jobpac
- Exposure to D&C projects is highly desirable
- You will be commercially astute, honest and have a strong, team focused work ethic
