Do you thrive on tackling IT challenges and driving impactful solutions? Insignia Financial invites you to become our next Incident & Problem Manager. Join our dynamic team, led by the IT Service Manager, dedicated to upholding our trusted service provider status.

As the Incident & Problem Manager, you'll lead the charge in handling the entire incident and problem lifecycle. From immediate response to resolution, you'll minimize business impact and prevent future issues. Plus, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and proactive problem-solving.

What we look for in a successful candidate:

We are looking for candidates with technical experience in Incident and Problem Management, with ServiceNow proficiency. The ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads, is essential. ITIL accreditation or knowledge is highly desirable. We value clear and agile thinking, an analytical approach to tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
