About the Role:
Enermech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Offshore Supervisor to lead and oversee our subsea flushing operations in the Timor Sea. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating a skilled team to ensure the successful execution of subsea flushing activities.
Flights paid across all of Australia with 3 weeks ON 3 weeks OFF roster this offers the ultimate work life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise subsea flushing operations to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in subsea equipment flushing and systems, including troubleshooting and problem-solving during operations.
- Project Planning: Work closely with project managers and engineers to plan and execute flushing operations within project timelines and budget.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all flushing activities, including safety reports, equipment usage, and operational logs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of flushing equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requirements.

Offshore Requirements:
- Offshore Experience
- White Card
- Valid BOSIET CAEBS
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- Ability to pass OGUK medical
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in subsea operations, particularly flushing activities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of subsea equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
