The Venue

The National Gallery of Australia is our recent addition to our catering portfolio at Trippas White Group. The stunning venue is home to some of Australia's precious artworks and installations. Our spaces include cafe and event areas for large-scale events.

Trippas White Group is focused on delivering an exceptional experience and therefore needs outstanding Food and Beverage Attendants for our Café and Events Team. 

To ensure your success in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Worked in either a contemporary café, or a la carte restaurants and have had experience working in functions or events
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Flexible and able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • A working understanding of Food safety Standards
  • Current RSA 
  • Police Check obtained within the last few months
