FINANCE & INSURANCE BUSINESS MANAGER (Motorcycles)

Fraser Motorcycle Group has a lucrative opportunity for a customer centric, financially focused Finance & Insurance Business Manager. This integral position will be based at our thriving dealership in Fairy Meadow/Wollongong.
To excel in this financially rewarding role, you will be an entrepreneurial and self-motivated finance professional with at least 1-2 years’ proven success providing clients with exceptional finance, insurance & warranty solutions ideally within the Motorcycle or Automotive Industry.
Fraser Motorcycles is where you’ll excel presenting and selling a range of Finance, Insurance and Warranty product options to our motorcycle customers ensuring they happily ride away with the Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda and/or used Motorcycle of their dreams.
This position can be based in the Sydney/Parramatta, Wollongong or Northern Beaches areas.
To Excel in this key position, you’ll clearly demonstrate:
- Verifiable track record of performance selling tailor made finance, insurance & warranty products to customer within the Motorcycle or Automotive industry.
- Sales and customer focused with a track record of success.
- Passionate about F&I and reaping the rewards for delivering strong results.
- Determination to drive growth, maximising profits.
- Financially driven, you succeed in negotiating and closing every opportunity.
- Personable, Persuasive with exceptional telephone & face to face interaction skills.
- Excellent financial compliance and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, strong time management and attention to detail.
- Articulate personable & trustworthy with natural rapport building ability.
- Passionate about F&I and reaping the rewards for your hard work.
- Strong understanding of the legislative & compliance requirements of the financial services industry.
