The Opportunity
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused sales of Finance and Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with finance and insurance options for their new or used car purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure future business opportunities and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' needs and offer suitable finance and insurance products.
- Offer finance advice in line with business processes, adhering to Trivett policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage all related administration for finance and insurance sales, including paperwork and customer follow-up.
About You
- Proven experience in a finance and insurance sales role within the automotive industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products and policies.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional departments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant and current accreditation.
- A full driver’s licence and a sound driving record.
