Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney’s North Shore. In addition to the single-sex campuses, Knox also operates Wahroonga Preparatory School, a co-educational campus for students Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen at Knox Grammar School senior campus for a full-time Head of Digital Learning.

The Head of Digital Learning is responsible for driving the strategic integration of digital technologies to enhance learning experiences. This role is instrumental in cultivating a digitally fluent community, ensuring that both staff and students are equipped for the evolving demands of the digital age. By fostering innovation and leveraging digital solutions, the Head of Digital Learning will enhance pedagogical practices, elevate student outcomes, and solidify Knox Grammar School's position as a leader in contemporary education. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong pedagogical understanding and knowledge of evidence informed classroom practices
  • Strong ICT capabilities with an ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies
  • A demonstrated capacity to effectively implement technologies into classroom practice
  • A demonstrated capacity to lead change, in particular technology induced change
  • Effective communication and analytical skills that help understand possibilities and enact them
