Our distribution network incorporates warehousing facilities over the world where each distribution centre has the ability to supply various forms of bulk and packaged material offering tailored packaging solutions to our customers.

We are bulk handling specialists focused on manufacturing, mining, agricultural and industrial products including soda ash, limestone, alumina, fertilizer, grain, and cement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements, implementing quality control / investigation measures.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluating impacts and communicating effectively with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned, implementing best practices to enhance project management effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management roles, with a successful track record of managing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals and delivering value to stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
