Your Team

The Employer Super team, within our Superannuation and Investments business unit, is responsible for the product management, development and delivery of a superannuation product targeting employers and their employees.

This role reports to the Director, Employer Super.

Your Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of strategic growth projects.

You will achieve this by:

  • Leading the development and implementation of strategic growth projects throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
  • Actively partnering across CFS to build and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensuring the delivered superannuation projects and product changes meet compliance requirements and operate within the trustee's risk appetite.
  • Preparing management and trustee board approval papers as required.
  • Leading risk management related activities such as identification and management of project risks, development of future controls and activities to support business risk forums.
  • Advocating and driving optimal outcomes for members, advisers and employers.


Your Capability and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Product, Implementation or Project capacity in Financial Services (superannuation experience will be highly regarded)
  • Previous experience in supporting the delivery of large strategic projects in a financial services environment
  • Demonstrated achievements in managing complex business situations and negotiating practical outcomes with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Strong written communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication and relationship/stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts in a business/customer context
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound judgment
