The role
An experienced Senior Development Manager is required to play an integral part in the development of multiple luxury residential projects in prestige areas of Sydney. This is a full lifecycle development role that will see you involved in acquisitions through to project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  • Initiating, Managing & Completing Projects in line with Strategy
  • Procuring & Managing Project Teams of Consultants & Contractors
  • Negotiate Key Contracts, including Building & Consultancy Contracts
  • Seek & Secure New Development Site Opportunities
  • Mentor & Manage ADM’s to Assist with their Career Growth
Skills & experience

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have extensive experience in residential property development, ideally in apartments. Other key requirements include:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Construction
  • Ability to Negotiate Critical Development/Building Contracts
  • Exceptional Time Management, & Communication Skills
  • A High Level of Internal & External Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Proficient Knowledge of EstateMaster & Microsoft Project
