Our opportunity
In this role you will manage the project team, the delivery of property development opportunities and in projects in accordance with the strategic group and divisional objectives.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Managing multiple/highly complex/large projects.
- Preparing project strategy.
- Reviewing and overseeing complex and or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities and Risk and Opportunity schedules.
- Regular reporting.
- Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes.
- Developing and implementing appropriate management policies, systems and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items.
- Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals.
- Actively managing and developing people across larger and/or multiple teams.
Your point of difference
You will have solid demonstrated experience operating in a Development Management capacity on Residential projects, specifically apartments and built form; and have experience leading and developing teams.
You will have an excellent understanding of the procurement, planning and tendering processes, portfolio management experience and exemplary management skills. Your expert knowledge of development project practices gives you the ability to guide the team on technical and people management matters.
