This multinational organisation is looking for their next 2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer to join their growing IT Support team in their Leeds office. If you have experience of IT support to 2nd line within a head office environment and are keen to join a dynamic friendly Service Desk team, look no further. Role: IT Service Desk Engineer aka 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer Location: Leeds Salary: 24k- 29k base salary plus fantastic benefits Benefits: 25 days holiday plus holiday buy sell scheme, Birthday off work, highly flexible working, BUPA Healthcare, Pension, Life assurance, season ticket loan and much more What you will bring to the table: Previous experience working in an IT Support capacity up to 2nd line in a Windows 10 / O365 environment. Experience with tech such as windows 10, MS Office and MS Server, AD, Networking, Hardware such as Laptops, Printers and desktop hardware. You are a customer focussed individual who loves working with other and problem solving. Any experience with Remedy, ServiceNow or Samanage would be advantageous.
