Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing entire project from start to completion
  • Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
  • Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
  • Managing and maintaining the design process
  • Coordinating and overseeing project documentation and reporting
  • Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
  • Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
  • Managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Software used: Jobpac / CHEOPS, PayApps, Procore & Hammertech or similar (Not a must have but beneficial & advantageous)

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on Commercial, Mixed-use and/or Residential (Apartment) projects valued from circa $35M - $150Mil
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Passion for construction and a high work ethic
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
