Our team is expanding and we are seeking an enthusiastic Application Support/Helpdesk Support Team Member to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane.This is a great chance to work with an experienced team and further your career. Does this sound like you? If yes, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring a quality outcome
  • Provide support on a range of systems and applications
  • Provide detailed application support on the various Ausure applications
  • Provide support on basic IT queries, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems,
  • Escalate tasks within the team or engage appropriate vendor support
  • Provide a professional and courteous service to customers
  • Participation in occasional ‘out of hours’ support tasks
  • Participate in projects, as required by the Support or IT Team

We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience
  • At least one year experience in a helpdesk, application support or customer service role
  • Highly developed customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to deal responsively, consistently, patiently and politely with service requests
  • ‘Can do attitude’ & good communication skills (including good telephone manner and etiquette)
  • Excellent people liaison skills with an ability to build great rapport and working relationships
  • The ability to prioritise
  • The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced team environment and autonomously
