Channel Activation Specialist

At Danone Nutricia, we have a fantastic new opportunity for a Channel Activation Specialist to be based in Sydney. You will work collaboratively on customer-centric tasks to drive effective execution of the go-to-market plans and support growth across priority Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) channels.

Reporting to the Head of Channel and Key Customer – Healthcare, you will be responsible for updating the systems to support the accuracy of customer data in HCN.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Customer account set up & maintenance in key systems including SAP and Orsoft.
  • Support external customer management with stock and backorder management and customisation of customer specific materials (communications, materials, forms. etc.)
  • Support development of Channel pricing framework and implementation with cross-fucntional team inputs.
  • Update pricing changes and customer price lists for field sales teams
  • Support tender submissions with data entry and samples for tender evaluations
  • Manage communications for the contract variations and notifications.
  • Manage vendor setups, and purchase orders (PO’s) in line with Danone’s purchasing policies and annual budgets.
About you

You are a self-motivated professional and can work autonomously within a wider HCN team. You will enjoy working towards results, love dealing with different people daily, and can handle ambiguity and shifting priorities. Your agility and proven track record with SAP with strong attention to detail will help you succeed in this role.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Prior experience in Admin/Sales/Channel/trade Support is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
  • Prior working experience of SAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • High level of professionalism and proficiency in persuasive influencing skills.
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
