We are seeking to engage a highly organised and motivated Project Co-ordinator to join our engineering team. Reporting into the Project Delivery Manager, you will be engaged across the 'full project life cycle' of Centurion's Water and Wastewater product solutions. You will collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, and deal with the inherent complexities of a project. Using MS project software, tools, and methodology you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining project schedules, standards, compliances, reporting, and governance controls.
Key Responsibilities- Understand client's scope and contract obligations and update delivery schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Determine critical paths, identify potential risks and plan for contingencies.
- Communicate and implement project changes and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Continually improve the project documentation, tools, templates, workflows, and processes.
Minimum of five years project co-ordination experience. Knowledge of engineering and or project management. Knowledge and experience in using project management software and MS Office software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment. Worked in a similar industry sector.
Role is based in our Tristar Water & Wastewater solutions business located in South Perth.
